Best experience really. On time and Prince the technician was quick and efficient. When the gate motor was installed he also took the time to assist in downloading the necessary apps and to show me how it all worked. Francoise was amazing with her customer service and after sales check in to make sure I was happy and all is in order. THEY TRULY ARE AMAZING AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IN A HEARTBEAT!!! She was friendly, informative asked all the right questions to give me an accurate quote on the supplies and installation. She was outstanding and prompt in sending out quotes and went the extra mile to ensure the job was done with excellence. The Installer Prince was amazing too. He arrived on time, his appearances was neat and professional. His installation and welding skills are top notch! Once installation was done he assisted me with downloading the app. Showed me how to work my New Centurion Smart gate motor via my mobile and cleaned up neatly once the job was done. Johan the Technician assisted me telephonically with some trouble shooting issues on a Sunday so I could sleep assured I was secure and well protected with my new installation. Lockfront Automation provided me with a New Centurion Gate motor that provides motor health and logs via a mobile app. It's easy to install and very user friendly.
