Such amazing service, i have a DC Blue Digtal door motor which stripped the gearbox so I decided to browse the internet for a replacement. I came across Lockfront and dropped a query over the weekend thinking I would get a reply the following week but within minutes I was answered. On Monday I paid for the part at 7h30 the next morning I was told I could collect. I think this is the best service I have had in South Africa since the 1970's. These people are efficient, polite and service orientated. I would recommend them anytime.

I had a quote that same evening.
Paid the amount requested
Within 8 days the fitters were there to install.
The highest quality of work was done, this is normally not heard of.

I needed a new motor and gearbox unit for my DC Blue Digital garage door opener, after 10 years of operation the gearbox failed. Spares are not common because this model has been replaced. Excellent service from Francoise and John in getting the replacement part quickly from the official distributor.
Very efficient, helpful and friendly.
The unit shown has the original motor/gearbox but the larger and hopefully stronger replacement fits neatly in the case.
